EXPERIENCE
Ms. Golland focuses her legal career on complex litigation insurance claims. She has over a decade of experience representing insurance carriers and their insureds. Ms. Golland has worked on auto theft, examinations under oath, first party and third-party coverage, no fault/PIP, personal injury litigation, premises liability, and uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage. She has worked on sophisticated insurance fraud schemes to fight fraud against insurance carriers.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Golland represented major national and international insurance companies in complex litigation claims and assisted carriers in claim investigations. She also worked in the area of medical malpractice defense where she was involved in all stages of the litigation process, representing physicians, nurses and hospitals.
After law school, Ms. Golland served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jerome St. John, J.A.D., in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Before her time in the Appellate Division, Ms. Golland served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Ronald S. Reisner, J.S.C., in the Superior Court, Criminal Division of Monmouth County, New Jersey, and served as a court-appointed Civil Mediator.
EDUCATION
Ms. Golland received her bachelor’s degree from American University, and her J.D. from Pace University School of Law.
