EXPERIENCE

Mr. Stanziano has litigated over the past 14 years on behalf of clients and insurance companies and served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 property and casualty insurer. 

His practice has focused primarily on insurance fraud litigation as well as the defense of personal injury, construction defect, property damage, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.

Mr. Stanziano is a senior associate at the firm. His practice focuses on insurance fraud, the False Claims Act, and other anti-fraud litigation.

EDUCATION
Mr. Stanziano graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2004. While at Rutgers, Mr. Stanziano was a four-year member of the Cross County and Track and Field teams where he was a team MVP and member of the Big East All-Academic team.  He is also a member of the Southern Regional High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
 
BAR ADMISSIONS
Mr. Stanziano attended Delaware Law School, obtaining his Juris Doctor with Honors in 2009.  Mr. Stanziano has been admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey since 2009. He is also admitted in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and United States District Court-District of New Jersey. He served as judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Ronald E. Hoffman, Ocean County Superior Court from 2009-2010.  Additionally, he is a Rule 1:40 Qualified Mediator and Arbitrator.
 
REPORTED CASES
Mr. Stanziano has tried numerous cases to verdict.  Notably, Mr. Stanziano successfully defended an automobile personal injury case where the jury returned a no cause of action verdict as to his client while plaintiff was awarded $5.6 million in damages against a co-defendant.  In 2018, Mr. Stanziano assisted in obtaining a favorable summary judgment decision which held that a chiropractor violated the New Jersey Insurance Fraud Prevention Act.
