EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Saltman practiced complex commercial litigation for nearly ten years. Previous accomplishments include working with two partners on a trial team that won the largest jury verdict in Arizona in 2016, co-writing briefs in an ERISA matter before the Court of
Appeals for the Third Circuit that set favorable precedent in a published opinion, as well as writing and arguing before the Third Circuit in another ERISA matter that ended in a favorable precedent-setting published opinion.

Mr. Saltman is a senior associate at the firm. His practice focuses on insurance fraud, the False Claims Act, and other anti-fraud litigation. Mr. Saltman is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey, and is admitted in multiple federal district and appellate courts, including the Court of Appeals for the Third, Second, and Ninth Circuits.

EDUCATION
In addition to a law degree, Mr. Saltman holds a Master’s in Global Affairs from Rutgers University-Newark. He has also taught English Composition as an adjunct professor at Kean University and Fairleigh Dickinson University-Madison, and has taught language arts and social studies at multiple learning centers as well. Mr. Saltman has also been a copyeditor for an academic journal and a county-wide magazine.
 
BAR ADMISSIONS
At Quinnipiac University School of Law, Mr. Saltman participated in the Appellate Prosecution Clinic in which he wrote a brief and argued before the Connecticut Appellate Court, obtaining his first favorable published appellate opinion. While in law school Mr. Saltman also interned at the ACLU of Connecticut, the International Institute of Connecticut, and the Office of the Chief State’s Attorney of Connecticut.
