Alba provided his legal analysis of Electric Bicycles, Electric Scooters, Motorized Bicycles, and Complex Coverage Questions at the International Association of Special Investigative Units’ (IASIU) annual seminar on September 13, 2022. Along with his co-presenter, Nicholas Hamm, Director of SIU, New Jersey Property-Liability Insurance Guaranty Association, Douglas provided an national overview of how these type of micro-mobility devices are reviewed from a claims and SIU perspective.
