Kennedy Vuernick is pleased to announce the promotion of Gabrielle Pohlman.
Gabrielle has been named Counsel to the firm, to recognize her accomplishments and dedication to Kennedy Vuernick’s anti-fraud efforts. During her time with the firm, Gabrielle has led some of our most significant litigation, including winning a $1.6 million judgment against the sham owner of an acupuncture clinic, and negotiating a $550,000 settlement in a matter involving fraudulent electrodiagnostic testing.
The firm – and our clients – have benefited greatly from her skill and knowledge. She embodies the talent and tenacity upon which Kennedy Vuernick is built.
