Associate Attorney

We seek an intelligent, professional self-starter to handle health care fraud litigation, Special Investigation Unit matters, and False Claims Act cases. Admission to the New Jersey bar and the United States District Court for New Jersey are required. New York or Pennsylvania admission is a plus.

The preferred candidate will possess an excellent academic background, exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated research and writing capabilities. Success in this position will also require dedication to maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities will include legal research, drafting legal documents, directing investigations, conducting depositions, and handling court appearances. Our office is virtual. Candidates with ready ability to cover South Jersey appearances and meetings preferred.

• The ability to build and foster client relationships; and
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be able to multi-task successfully on a regular basis, meet deadlines, and accept constructive feedback.
